Refund & Return policy
The Product Replacement Policy is permitted only under the following conditions:
- The customer may exchange the product unit received within seven days of the date of delivery and obtain a replacement unit.
- A replacement may be issued if the consumer establishes within twenty-four hours of receiving the product that it was defective or physically damaged.
- Replacement with a new box unit may be supplied if the client demonstrates within seven days of delivery that the product delivered was not functioning properly.
- In the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify our online support team. However, the request would be honoured once our team member has verified and confirmed the same on his end. This is normally communicated to the buyer within twenty-four hours following AI core's receipt of the products.
- You must notify our website support team within twenty-four hours of receiving the product if you believe that it does not match the image on the website or the specifications. After reviewing your complaint, the website's support staff will reach a suitable conclusion.
- In the event of a replacement, the entire product package containing the product and its accessories will be collected by a courier boy arranged by us, or the user must send the courier boy the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packing, and in the exact condition in that you received it. Also required is the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note: Rs 250 will be deducted from all refund requests (applicable to both pre-paid and COD orders).
Problems and damages
Please verify your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we may analyse the situation and make the necessary corrections.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, and plants), customised items (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. If you have questions or issues concerning your specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
The quickest approach to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and then make a second purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.
We will tell you of the status of your refund once we've received and reviewed your returned item. If authorized, you will be automatically refunded using the original form of payment. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to complete and post the refund.
